分享卖房第一次用Redfin agent

 

Redfin agent刚刚帮我卖掉一个房子，四周邻居买卖房都还是用传统Agent，
开始我们也不敢用Redfin，后来听朋友说不错就用了。

中介费比传统agent省了1.5%，3万多银子足够一趟回国商务舱。

listing agent 1.5% buyer agent 2%, 如果buyer agent也是Redfin的是1.5%，
如果buyer直接找我们的listing agent 2.5% 但需经我们同意,下次再用Redfin买卖房子可以减0.5%。

房子2天就卖掉了，加价11%，no mortgage contingency。觉得他们的服务不错很有效率。
